"I’ve been at Cannon School in Concord, NC, for four years now, and I absolutely love my role as the Lower School Counselor. In working with the students here, I’ve leaned heavily on books to help open up conversations around emotions. Using books during counseling sessions with the students inspired me to write Hue. I wanted to create an additional resource that could make talking about emotions fun, approachable, and relatable for kids."
