Please help us congratulate current PSC student, Dona Rudicil and her South Caldwell High School ProStart Culinary team on their 1st PLACE finish this past weekend!(03/18) They will be representing NC at the National ProStart Competition in April in Charleston, SC. This win is a tremendous accomplishment for Dona and her students!! Not only did they receive medals and a trophy, but each student also received approximately $20,000 in scholarships and a Mercer chef's knife. Golden Corral will be the corporate sponsor for Team NC providing transportation, lodging, uniforms, and products. This competition is composed of creating a three-course meal on two butane burners in an hour. The students were amazing under pressure and showed humility and respect throughout the competition.Competition members include Ben Byerly, Aaron Lambert, Kailee Spake, Landon Powell, and Brandon Milam.
