All Practicum and Internship students must complete an ASU Criminal Background Check prior to beginning their field placements in the public school system.  The Background Check form should be signed and attached to your 5900/6900 Permission to Register Form.  Some students may need to complete additional forms depending on your school's county and their requirements.  Once you have submitted your form, you will be contacted by the background check company (currently either Application Station or Certify) by email.  You must respond to the email and pay the $23 fee for your background check to begin.
